A very hip and modern love story between 20-somethings set in the tallest building in Seoul. Hyung-tae is developing an online chatting and dating game where characters date and fall in love in a virtual Seoul. He runs into In-ju, who works on the bottom floor of the same building performing as a mermaid in an aquarium. In-ju has been playing a test version of Hyung-tae's game, but when she starts becoming intimate with her online partner, the game starts to become very real.
