Long for something and the ‘29th step’ appears from nowhere. They say that your dreams come true if you wish for something while it is there. Jin-sung and So-hee are close friends in arts high school but become estranged before a contest. Jin-sung wishes on the 29th step to take victory over So-hee and participate in the contest representing the school. Hye-joo, feeling left out, wishes to become a good looking girl like So-hee. As their wishes come true one by one, horrible things begin to happen.
