In-su is summoned to a hospital in Gangwon-do because his wife, Su-jin was in a car accident and is unconscious in serious condition. There he meets Seo-young, whose husband, Kyung-ho was also in the car and is also, in a coma. It soon becomes clear that Su-jin and Kyung-ho were having a secret relationship.
