Ju-ho is not at all a good teacher. No one knows that better than Ju-ho himself. The school isn’t a good school either. It is plagued with the uncontrollable violence of the students, reports to police for light corporal punishment, and with the emphasis on improving grades overshadowing interpersonal relations. Moreover, the teachers, interested only in earning money, avoid dealing with any of the complex problems facing the students. This is not the school that Ju-ho wants to work for. Although he is a ‘wacky’ teacher, he cannot bear it. Recognizing his limitations, he throws away his position and pours out all his frustrations that have been building up inside.
