The closing film of the 13th Pusan (Busan) International Film Festival (PIFF) was inspired by Lee Cheong-joon's short story. Man-soo (Hyun Bin), who harbors sad memories about his family, is admitted to a psychiatric ward, and nurse Soo-kyung (Lee Bo-young), discovers a kindred spirit in him while taking care of him.
